1. Who we are

Num ("the app") is operated by WorkersLab LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use Num and how we handle it.

2. What we collect

Account data — your email address and sign-in identity (email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google).
Purchase data — the plans you buy, order status, and eSIM details (such as ICCID and activation state) needed to deliver the service.
Subscription status — whether Num VIP is active, processed via Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat.
Device push token — to notify you about your orders and eSIMs (optional; you control notification permission).
Support messages — what you send us via Contact support.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or browsing history, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

To provision your eSIMs, show live usage, process payments and subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

We share only what is necessary to fulfil your order with: our eSIM connectivity partners (to issue and manage plans), Apple and RevenueCat (subscription billing), and Google Firebase (authentication, database, notifications — our infrastructure provider). These partners process data under their own privacy commitments.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Deleting your account (Profile → Delete account) permanently removes your account, eSIM records and personal data from our systems; some transaction records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to or restrict processing. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on your location you may also have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Children

Num is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version always lives at this page. Material changes will be announced in the app.
